Structure of effective prompts

Basic anatomy of an effective prompt:

Include key components such as subject, style, materials, context, and technical parameters to clearly communicate your design intent.

Here are some examples of these components:

  1. Subject : What you're designing
Example: office chair, sports car, coffee machine

  2. Style: Design language or aesthetic direction
    Example: minimalist, industrial, organic

  3. Materials & Finishes: Physical properties. What materials should it appear to be made of?
Example: brushed aluminum, walnut veneer, matte plastic

  4. Context / Environment: Setting or background: where is this object or element used or viewed?
Example: studio environment, outdoor scene, contextual setting

  5. Technical Parameters: Rendering details and specifications
    Example: photorealistic, isometric view, cutaway

💡 While not every prompt needs all these elements, including relevant ones for your specific project will yield the best results.
