Vizcom - Recruiting & People Ops Manager

Vizcom is looking for its first Recruiting and People Ops Manager! This person will drive the development of Vizcom’s people strategy and will be an important leader and culture-bearer on the team as we scale. If you’re an experienced “people person” with an appetite for learning new things and building from the ground up, this could be a great opportunity for you!


Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience in a recruiting or people-focused role

  • You have a strong point of view on how to build and cultivate a world-class team and culture

  • You’re a clear and compelling communicator and you’re skilled at creating alignment and momentum

  • You’re excited about working at a fast-growing early-stage startup and building people systems from the ground up

  • Ideally, you have experience managing people and working with remote teams


What you’ll do

  • Own Recruiting at Vizcom

    • Work with company leadership to develop and execute upon the company’s talent acquisition strategy

    • Drive the creation of a strong employer brand and consistent hiring process

    • Partner with hiring managers across the full hiring process, from planning through closing hires

    • Ensure that candidates have an amazing experience interviewing with Vizcom, regardless of the outcome

  • Own People Ops at Vizcom

    • Work with company leadership to develop and execute upon the company’s people strategy

    • Champion the building and maintenance of an inclusive, collaborative, and unique culture across our globally-distributed team

    • Develop and build programs that foster team-building and individual development

    • Ensure Vizcom’s compliance with relevant hiring and employment laws

    • Own Vizcom’s HR tool stack and day-to-day people processes

Fully Remote US (with in-person/hybrid option in San Francisco)

Compensation range: $130k-210k
